GSK plc requested support with the achievement of their diversity and inclusivity agenda which forms part of their talent management strategy. JQA Associates conducted an assessment and development feedback programme for GSK confirm the identification of GSK High Potential participants.
The work commenced at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and was conducted in a series of virtual interviews using online assessment methods and interviews. In the preparatory stages, Associates interviewed successful role models in a variety of GSK Business Units or Corporate functions. Research was conducted into the culture shift that the organization is undergoing, and the qualities and attributes looked for in future leaders.
