This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about candidates who may be employees of our clients or applicants for vacancies within our client base.
At the start of each assessment process, candidates receive written advice about our GDPR or Data Protection policy. Candidates complete an online consent form providing their explicit consent to JQA to access their test results and use them for the purpose set out in their invitation to participate in a recruitment or development process.
